The service

We provide software to track brand visibility in AI answer engines, run GEO audits, and related recommendations and exports, subject to your plan's limits. AI outputs and engine answers are non-deterministic; metrics use rolling windows and are estimates, not guarantees of ranking or traffic.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for credentials and for lawful use of the product. Do not abuse free audits, attempt SSRF or unauthorized scanning beyond URLs you control or are permitted to audit, or reverse-engineer the service beyond normal API use on Growth and Agency plans.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through Polar as merchant of record. Free tier requires no card. Plan caps are enforced server-side. Taxes are handled per Polar's regional rules.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to your brand content and materials you upload. We retain rights to the platform. Generated briefs and fix artifacts are licensed to you for your business use while your subscription is active.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from engine non-determinism, third-party API outages, or decisions you make based on visibility metrics.
