What is GEO?
Generative Engine Optimization — making sure AI answer engines can find, understand, and recommend your business.
Do I need a credit card for the free audit?
No. Enter your website URL, create a free account (no card), and the GEO audit runs in your dashboard — results, grades, and findings all land there.
What does the free audit return?
A crawlability check (robots.txt, llms.txt, AI crawler access), structured-data scoring, and an AI-readiness breakdown with actionable findings — stored in your audit history so you can re-run and diff later.
Which engines do you track?
Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, ChatGPT, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI, and Google AI Overviews. Engines are parity across plans; tiers differ by volume and frequency.
How is the Visibility Index calculated?
A weighted blend of coverage, answer position, and citation rate over a rolling 7-day window — and the weights are editable per workspace.
Is there a free trial on paid plans?
Start on Free with no card. Starter and Growth upgrade through checkout when you're ready — you can switch plans anytime from Billing. Agency is coming soon.
How does billing work?
Polar is the merchant of record (checkout + invoices + tax). Plans are flat monthly tiers today. Annual billing (2 months free) is schema-ready and coming soon — contact us if you want yearly invoicing now.
What data do you collect, and is it private?
We store your org, brand, prompts, engine responses, and audit results to run the product. Data is tenant-scoped; retention follows your plan (Free 30 days, Starter 6 months, Growth+ unlimited). See our Privacy Policy for subprocessors and GDPR basics.
