AI Visibility Tracker ("we", "us") provides GEO monitoring SaaS. This page summarizes how we handle personal and customer data. For a signed DPA or questions, email hello@aso.kivilaid.ee.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), organization and brand configuration, tracked prompts, engine responses and derived metrics, GEO audit results, billing identifiers via our merchant of record (Polar), and usage logs needed to operate the product (including LLM usage ledgers for cost observability).

How we use data

To authenticate you, run tracking and audits, show dashboards and reports, enforce plan limits, send transactional email (e.g. password reset, digests), and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.

Subprocessors

Core infrastructure and services include Vercel (hosting), Convex (backend/data), Polar (billing MoR), Resend (email), and LLM/engine providers used to run prompts (via OpenRouter and related APIs). Engine calls may process prompt text and fetched page content you choose to track or audit.

Retention

Retention follows your subscription plan: Free 30 days, Starter about 6 months, Growth and Agency unlimited unless you delete the organization. Org deletion cascades hard-delete within 30 days per product policy.

You may request access, export, correction, or deletion of org data. Contact us at the email above. EU customers can request a DPA.
